THE ARROWS OF MAYHAN is the new album from the masked techno artist from Mexico city Ultraknife. The release it’s inspired by the aggressive and energetic Live Sets from 2019 under the The Forgotten events.
Recorded over 6 moths in his personal studio, Ultraknife captured the experimentation and the raw sounds of an industrial cyberworld through the complex timbre and grittiness from his modular oscillators.
THE ARROWS OF MAYHAN it’s a manifesto itself, about machines, mass media control, the evolution of the physical body and the dark structures controlling the future world. It’s a vision to a cruel world where wearing a mask it’s the only way to survive.
Filled with dark textures, distorted ambience and piercing beats it’s the most ambitious release from Ultraknife. The first single The Arrow reflects the spirit of the release combining ghostly textures, with broken beats, portraying a factory full of mechanic terrors.
